There are a few additional expenses not found on our pricing packet:
Parking- The client is required to cover all parking expenses for musicians and sound personnel. This only applies to events in downtown Chicago.
Meals - We only require meals for musicians performing 3 hours or longer. Staff meals are far less expensive than the meals for your guests and are always much appreciated.
Gratuity - This of course is completely optional. As with meals, tips are always greatly appreciated for making the extra effort to make your event a success.
Travel Costs- If your event is further than 60 miles outside Chicago, there may be additional expenses for travel. This will be calculated in the final price quote. If you have an out-of-state event, airfare, hotel, ground transportation, equipment rentals and meals will be required. Once again, all expenses will be itemized with the initial proposal and subsequent contract.
