What if my Cocktails and Dinner are in different rooms?

Let’s say you are using our Chicago Jazz Trio (Piano, Bass and Sax) for Cocktails and Dinner. The Chicago Jazz Trio can easily move from the cocktail area into the ballroom very quickly and easily.

For example, your cocktails are scheduled from 6:00-7:00pm. The Chicago Jazz Trio will play from 6:00-6:45pm and move into the other room ahead of your guests. At 7:00pm, your guests will be invited into the ballroom. The Chicago Jazz Trio will start playing once the doors are open. This will create a very smooth transition between your cocktails and dinner.piano.jpg

If your Chicago wedding venue has a piano in the cocktail area, we will use it and set up the keyboards in the ballroom for dinner. If they don’t have a keyboard available for your cocktail hour, we will use our keyboard and then move it into the ballroom for dinner.

There is no extra charge for bringing our keyboard. Small details like this will keep your Chicago Wedding running smoothly.

Feel free to ask any questions. I welcome your comments. Let me know if you have any ideas for topics on future Blogs.
