  2. Can we see you live?

    There will be many opportunities to see the band live at upcoming events.

  3. Do you have flexibility with your pricing?

    Yes we offer terrific discounts for Friday, Sunday and Events between January and April.

  4. What size ensembles do you offer?

    • Six Ceremony Ensembles
    • Jazz Trio
    • 5-12 Piece Orchestra
  5. Where and when do you have meetings?

    • Meetings are usually scheduled on weekday afternoons or evenings or between 10:00am and 2:00pm on the weekends.
    • They are always held at my home 1948 W. Fletcher St. (Belmont and Damen) in Chicago. Easy Street Parking.
    • For Out of State Clients, we can schedule a phone meeting.
  6. What do I get after I sign a contract with you?

    You will get:

    • Copy of the signed contract
    • Template of your wedding/event schedule to keep you organized.
    • Current playlist for you to review
    • Username/Password to all our DRM Resource Centers
    • We will establish a file on our outlook program to keep track of all emails.
    • Monthly emails of new planning articles that have been recently added to the Blog.
  7. Are you willing to learn songs that aren't on your current play list?

    Yes we will learn nearly any song you request. We have a full time arranger on staff to accommodate all your specific needs.

  8. What are your Rates and payment terms?

    By filling out the short form, found on every page of our website, you will receive our complete pricing information packet instantly in your inbox.

    We require a 20% deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due during the week prior to the event.

    MasterCard, Visa and Personal Checks are accepted.

  9. How long have you been in business?

    David Rothstein Music, Inc was established in 1999. David has been performing professionally since 1986.

  10. Do you provide your own Sound System?

    Yes we have 2 State of the Art Sound systems to accommodate a variety of venues. The sound system is set up and tested 2 hours prior to the start of your event. A professional sound staff will monitor the sound throughout the event to make sure it is perfect.

  11. Do you provide an Emcee?

    Yes we take care of all announcements and introductions throughout your event.

    We also will help coordinate your vendors, so you can concentrate on your guests.

  12. Do you provide a Keyboard?

    Yes we provide a keyboard for your Ceremony and/or Reception free of charge.
