    Emails you a template of your schedule. You fill out the form and email it back a month before your wedding. We confirm all the details with you including all pronunciations. The final schedule is given to all your vendors. They will be in place ready to go prior to any announcements. You will get the best results from all your vendors. They will love working with team players like DRM. You'll get not only an amazing band, but an amazing wedding!!

This is how we help you stay organized:

We design and email you a template of your schedule based on the hours and ensembles you've chosen for your wedding.

Once you've received the template, simply fill in the spaces as they apply to your particular preferences. You are welcome to delete and add as many details as you need. After each update, simply save the document.

Once you have completed the form, email it back to us at least a month before your wedding. I will contact you and set up a meeting to confirm the details.

Once we have reviewed and agree to the details, several copies of the completed schedule will be brought to the wedding and distributed to all your Chicago wedding vendors. As a result, your photographer, videographer, caterer and venue contact will be in the right place at the right time. This coordination will give you the best results from all your vendors as well as allow you to relax and enjoy each other, your family and friends.

One of the most important aspects of a successful Chicago wedding is staying organized. We are not wedding planners.

A professional wedding planner can help you with every aspect of arranging all the details of your wedding such as venues, flowers, dresses, transportation, hair/make-up, catering etc... We have several terrific wedding planners we work with and highly recommend. Just ask. They can really keep you organized and work with you to help you make the best decisions for your wedding.

We have set up a very easy format to keep all the details for your ceremony and reception in one place. While our program works very well, it doesn't help you organize EVERY aspect of your wedding. If you are working with a wedding planner, this will only enhance their valuable work.

With your permission, we can donate all of your floral arrangements to a Chicago area nursing home after your wedding or event. The residents will absolutely love receiving your beautiful flowers and feel that they were part of your special day.
