This is how we help you stay organized:
We email you a template of your schedule based on your hours and ensembles.
Click here to view a TEMPLATE of a wedding schedule.
Once you've received the template, simply fill in the spaces as they apply to your particular preferences. You are welcome to delete and add as many details as you need. After each update, simply save the document.
Once you have completed the form, email it back to us at least a month before your wedding. I will contact you and set up a meeting to confirm the details.

Once we have reviewed and agree to the details, several copies of the completed schedule will be brought to the wedding and distributed to all your Chicago wedding vendors. As a result, your photographer, videographer, caterer and venue contact will be in the right place at the right time. This coordination will give you the best results from all your vendors as well as allow you to relax and enjoy each other, your family and friends.

Holly and Chris loved The Beatles. I wanted to create something special for them. The band learned 9 Beatles songs. We found The Beatles Monopoly game and a book called Beatles 365. It had lots of photos, lyrics and stories all about the Beatles. All their guests signed the book. We gave it to them at the end of the night as a one of a kind gift.

Lauren and Eric love drinking wine, Golfing and Skiing, going out with their friends, watching their favorite TV shows, Modern Family and Survivor.
They were both from St. Charles, IL, went to St. Charles High School and even had the wedding in St. Charles. We created a 5' x 5' exact copy of the Monopoly Card for St. Charles Place. The info on the card was changed to include all their favorite things they do together.
It was printed on a 5’ X 5’ Poster board. All their guests signed the poster and at the end of the night we gave it to the Bride and Groom as a gift. Everyone really enjoyed it.
Lauren and Eric were thrilled and amazed that we made that kind of effort for them. This was one of my favorite gifts we’ve created!

One of the most important aspects of a successful Chicago wedding is staying organized. We are not wedding planners.
A professional wedding planner can help you with every aspect of arranging all the details of your wedding such as venues, flowers, dresses, transportation, hair/make-up, catering etc... We have several terrific wedding planners we work with and highly recommend. Just ask. They can really keep you organized and work with you to help you make the best decisions for your wedding.
We have set up a very easy format to keep all the details for your ceremony and reception in one place. While our program works very well, it doesn't help you organize EVERY aspect of your wedding. If you are working with a wedding planner, this will only enhance their valuable work.
