Are there any additional expenses not listed?


There are a few additional expenses not found on our pricing packet:

Parking– The client is required to cover all parking expenses for musicians and sound personnel. This only applies to events in downtown Chicago.

Meals – We only require meals for musicians performing 3 hours or longer. Staff meals are far less expensive than the meals for your guests and are always much appreciated.

Gratuity – This of course is completely optional. As with meals, tips are always greatly appreciated for making the extra effort to make your event a success.

Travel Costs– If your event is further than 60 miles outside Chicago, there may be additional expenses for travel. This will be calculated in the final price quote. If you have an out-of-state event, airfare, hotel, ground transportation, equipment rentals and meals will be required. Once again, all expenses will be itemized with the initial proposal and subsequent contract.
