There are many details to keep track of for your Chicago Wedding. This how we can help you stay organized. Once you have signed the contract, you will receive a template of your wedding schedule.
Once the form has been completed then simply email it back to me. I will confirm your schedule with you.
At the wedding, we will distribute it to all your Chicago Wedding vendors.
I will make sure your Photographer, Videographer, Venue and Caterers are all in the right place at the right time. Before making any announcements, I will verify that all the vendors are in place and ready to go.
Once they are all ready, I will check in with you to make sure you’re ready.
As a result, you get the Best Photographs, Best Video, and Best Food Service.

May 14th, 2005 Notebart Nature Museum @7:00pm. Time for the toast by the father of the bride, I’m about to announce it. I look over and I notice the videographer is nowhere in sight. Instead of just announcing it, I had my band play another song. I went outside and found him sitting on a bench, taking a break. I brought him inside and announced the toast. I saved his job and the bride got a video of her dad giving a beautiful speach. Could you imagine missing that?!
