Professionalism | Chicago Wedding Band | DRS Music

The most important word for successful corporate event music?

Professionalism

While there are many Chicago Music Companies, what makes the best ones different is their level of professionalism. Any vendor you hire will be a direct reflection on you. It’s important that each of your vendors understand that. Don’t take the chance working with lower quality music companies.

These are the factors that we consider the mark of a real professional Chicago Music Company, like David Rothstein Music, Inc:

1. Our goal is to make you look good to your colleagues.?2. All musicians are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the event.?3. Keyboard, microphone/speaker can be provided free of charge.?4. Professional sound system. Set up and tested 1 hour prior.?5. We handle all venue details: loading, parking and room names.?6. Special requests will be prepared for your event.?7. We coordinate all vendors, so you can concentrate on your guests.?8. Professional Emcee for any introductions or announcements.?9. All musicians and staff will be friendly, helpful and courteous.?10. We Accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.?11. Over 500 successful events for the Nation’s Top Companies.?12. Contracts, forms, and invoices will be faxed to you quickly.

Look for these important factors when choosing a music company for your Chicago Corporate Event. Demand professionalism from your Chicago Music Company. This is the key for a successful Chicago Corporate Event.
