CHICAGO Wedding Ceremony MusIc

Expert Ceremony Musicians

Your ceremony musicians played so beautifully. They played all our special requests. Alex was super helpful in helping us figure out all the songs for our entire ceremony. Your online music guide was easy to use and super helpful too. Everything was perfect!

Why Do We Have
Separate Ceremony Musicians?

We have a separate ceremony department made up of experienced world class musicians who will ensure a smooth transition between your ceremony and reception. Our violinist and Ceremony Director, Alex Koffman, will guide you through the planning process. We offer a wide variety of styles and a small sound system.

Parts of Your Ceremony

How It Works:

Prelude: Begins 15 minutes prior to your ceremony as your guests are coming in.

Processional: Divided into 2 parts: one song for the bridal party and one song for the bride.

Service: This is optional. It could include a Unity Candle, Presentation of Flowers, Hymns or a Concert Piece usually performed by a vocalist.

Recessional: As you are pronounced as officially married, you both come down the aisle and exit the room. The ceremony musicians will continue to play until all your guests have left the room.

How We Do It Better:

✓ We have the most talented ceremony musicians in Chicago who are specifically trained  for ceremonies.

✓ We use separate musicians from those who play for cocktails to keep a smooth transition between the end of your ceremony and start of your cocktails. The Jazz Trio will begin playing as soon as guests enter the Cocktail area.

✓ Our violinist and ceremony music director, Alex Koffman, will guide you every step of the way.

✓ Alex Koffman is an expert with Jewish music as well as church ceremonies.
