I believe we all have an inner artist whether we take the time to get in touch with that side of us. It’s always there waiting inside to be discovered. We live in a society that says we need to be a brilliant artist or we should just be quiet and leave it to the pros. We are all surrounded by DVDs, MP3s, Frappaccinos and thousands of distractions that take up our time and opportunities when we could be doing something creative. Find an art form that speaks to you, it doesn’t matter how good you are. It only matters that it’s authentically you. Don’t listen to other’s judgment. Just listen to yourself. You may discover part of you that you didn’t know was there. Just get started being creative in some small way and see what happens!  Enjoy the process!
