Yes, we have performed for events throughout the U.S. We have a travel agent we work with who can provide the exact costs involved in bringing us out for your event.
Depending on your schedule, we usually prefer to have the musicians arrive the day before your ceremony. David will schedule a meeting at the venue with you, the venue contact and any event planners involved.
If the event is within driving distance from Chicago, we can supply our own sound system with 2 sound engineers. They will drive the DRM van with all our music equipment. At some point either during the previous day or earlier in the day of the event, they will set up and test the system.
If your wedding or event requires rental of equipment we will contact your local music rental supply store and provide you with an exact price quote. We will also arrange all pick up and delivery of the equipment at the venue.
We will work with you to put together an exact itinerary for the entire trip including all the details of the actual event. Everything will be extremely organized well ahead of our arrival.
